Marrik Housing is an owner-run building company. We build new homes from empty plot to handover, take on major renovations, and manage complete Turnkey projects from plot to keys.
We keep the number of projects we run small, so the standard holds on every one of them. Almost all of our work comes through referral. That is the measure we hold ourselves to.

We started on government and large commercial contracts in Gauteng: hospital refurbishments, office developments and public sector work. Those jobs run on strict programmes, compliance and budgets. They taught us how to run a site properly.
They also showed us what gets lost at that scale: the detail, the finish, and a direct relationship with the person paying for the work. So we chose to build homes, where all three matter most.
Built by the person you hired.
The person who prices your project is the person who runs it. They are on site, they know every line of your quote, and they answer for every decision at handover. Nothing gets lost between a sales team and a site team, so what we quote is what we build.
We bring the same discipline to every home. There is a clear programme and a detailed quote, and every change is priced in writing before it goes ahead. Wherever you're based, you see the progress every week in photos and video.
